jloether1@dcsdk12.org | I'm super excited to join SME as a Cub this year! I have been a school counselor since 2009 and have worked at the high school and middle school levels in the past. I love helping kids learn social emotional and coping skills and helping them process emotions and problem solve. I have a wonderful husband, two daughters, a step-son and step-daughter who all bring me so much joy and keep me on my toes. We have two cats, a yellow lab, a bearded dragon and lots of fish! I love watching movies and eating popcorn and doing anything crafty. |
| CHRISSY HOWARD Cub Den | choward1@dcsdk12.org | I'm Mrs. Howard and I'm so excited to be working in the Cub Den! I joined SME in 2022 and have loved getting to know all our fabulous students and staff. When I'm not at school, I'm usually hanging out with my husband, Rob, our son, Grayson, and our beloved pets (2 dogs, 2 cats and some chickens). I enjoy gaming with my family, doing aerial, watching the Nuggets, planning and going on vacations, hiking, and working on our 1911 house. I grew up in Syracuse, NY, then moved to Washington, DC for college where I lived for several years. After a stint of living abroad in Buenos Aires, I made my way to Colorado. I love calling here home, and am so proud to be a Cub! |
